Senior Partner Bob Meador’s extensive background in the design and branding world combine with a decade of development experience to make him a client/project lead fluent in the language of everyone at the table – client, business developer, designer and programmer.
Bob spent six years as an independent designer and developer before co-founding design firm RMB Vivid (today one of Metric Media's valued partners). At RMB Vivid he worked with Vulcan, the Experience Music Project, Ackerley Communications, Wall Data and many other clients. He left RMB Vivid in late 2000 and traveled extensively over the next two years before forming Cultivate Design, specializing in web development and graphic design for the web. Over the next 9 years Metric Media repeatedly looked to Cultivate for both graphic design and development assistance. Finally in 2011 President Dave Karlsgodt made Bob an offer he couldn't refuse, and so a partnership was born.
Today Bob works to keep clients happy, developers efficient and designers focused. When he isn't doing one (or more) of those, he can be found traveling the country by motorcycle or photographing interesting things. Bob lives in Seattle with his wife Willo and 3 poorly-behaved cats.
