As Director of Development, Roger Marckel has a passion for problem solving. It's this passion that led him to programming and web development, a world in which he enjoys the day-to-day challenges of making things work.

Roger's understanding of complex programming and his knack for keeping things simple are the cornerstones of Metric Media's approach to web development. He is well-versed in database design and object-oriented programming, and he enjoys keeping up with the world of Open Source, which he believes is a wonderful asset to the programming community. Roger also has a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and is a frequent participant in triathlons and marathons.
